Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each Beachborne candle is hand-poured in small batches in Sarasota, Florida.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During holidays, launches, wholesale orders, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within a few business days after shipping, but exact timing can vary.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delays & Carrier Issues Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Beachborne is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather, or other transit conditions outside of our control.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.

Expedited Shipping If expedited or priority shipping is selected at checkout, this only affects the shipping speed after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time (3–7 business days) still applies.

Trim the Wick

Your candle arrives trimmed and ready for its first burn. Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch to promote a clean, even burn and minimize soot.

First Burn

During the first burn, allow the melted wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel before extinguishing the flame. This usually takes about 3–4 hours and helps prevent tunneling while promoting an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

Burn Time

Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. Extended burn sessions may cause the wick to mushroom, produce excess soot, or impact overall candle performance.

Burn Safely

Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, fans, curtains, pets, children, and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

When to Stop Burning

Discontinue use when approximately 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Burning beyond this point may cause the container to overheat.

Reuse the Vessel

Once your candle is finished, the vessel can be cleaned and repurposed for décor, storage, or everyday use.

Natural Wax Variations

Because our candles are made with natural soy wax, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur over time. Certain fragrance oils, especially citrus, vanilla, or spice notes, may naturally discolor the wax or vessel. These variations are normal and do not affect candle performance or quality.
